Tiny Pineapple Tiny Pineapple — Had a little time to kill between meetings yesterday, so I sketched a little logo for Tiny Pineapple, a blog I started with my wife a couple of years ago that I'm hoping to get back into using. Sketched the Pineapple in Procreate. My drawing skills are very rusty.
  3. Driver App Driver App — Driver App. A feature of the 400 Record app allows the user to summon a driver to take them around Downtown Dallas in an all-electric GEM car. Like our own tiny Lyft. This app syncs with a parse server which shares data with the client-facing app, allowing the driver to manage requests and contact riders if needed.
  4. Yearly Graph Yearly Graph — Designing graphs that are beautiful _and_ functional is such an interesting challenge. It's easy to make them pretty, but a lot harder to make them truly _informative_. This is from a top-secret project. Can't wait to share more.
  5. Snowflake Snowflake — A snowflake pattern I created for my office holiday card competition. If you use "offset path" enough times, you may feel like you're on drugs.
  6. 400 Record + iPhone X 400 Record + iPhone X — Our app launched the same week as the iPhone X, so we knew what we had to do. I redesigned the navigation of our app to incorporate the iPhone X's new home-button-less navigation paradigm. I can dig it. ✌️

I enjoy Procreate for emulating real-life mediums, and Adobe Draw for drawing vector art and type, but nothing beats Paper for concept sketching.   9. Interactions: The Art of 400 Record Interactions: The Art of 400 Record — Interaction animations from a project that launches later this month. The Art of 400 Record showcases the world-class art collection on display in the newly-renovated 400 Record building in Dallas. The app uses Bluetooth beacon technology to show information on nearby artworks. Think of it as a museum label plaque, except with images, hyperlinks and a little bit of magic.

  17. Wrapping Paper Wrapping Paper — Designed some wrapping paper, just for kicks. Printed off on copy paper it doesn't crease well, but this was super fun regardless. Might have to get some printed for realsies next year :)
